rental prep specialist & floral design assistant


Position Hire Timeline: Resumes will be considered immediately 

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday - Task Based Work – Start Time Flexible; Employee will decide his/her hours on this day | Estimating 3-5 Hours
  • Monday – 10:00a-4:00p
  • Tuesday – 10:00a-4:00p
  • Friday – 10:00a-4:00p
  • Saturday – OPTIONAL | Event Work: Set-up & Tear-down hours available if desired

Job Duties:

  • Pull, prep, and pack rentals for upcoming events
  • May not be limited to, but including the following: cleaning vases, de-waxing, steaming linens, washing charger plates, packing rentals, loading work vehicles, inventorying new products, organizing warehouse, re-stocking rentals after event/rental completion
  • Basic floral design work
    • Processing flowers, cleaning studio, assisting designers, etc
    • Floral design projects - designing boutonnieres, corsages, small arrangements (no previous experience required)

Skills Required:

  • Ability to lift 40 pounds without struggle
  • Ability to work on feet the majority of the day
  • Ability to bend/reach repetitively
  • Eye of design is preferred, but no prior floral design experience required

Pay Rate: $12/hour 

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

(Hour lunch unpaid: If employee works through lunch, they are able to leave early)
